Suggest Treatment For Coughing And Choking On Saliva

Hi, I ve had a cold for 3 days now. The symptoms first appeared in February but stopped because I was very stressed and now the stress levels are down and I am coughing a lot and feel like I m constantly choking on saliva and can t breathe properly. What do I do?
