Suggest Treatment For Coughing Up Green Mucous And Fatigue
Hi, I jog anywhere between 8-12 miles per week. Last week I had a sinus infection on Thursday evening and it broke Friday. I started feeling a little better, so I went ahead and just walked quickly about 5 miles Saturday. Sunday I took a break. Monday I was starting to feel bad again (the way I was starting to feel when I came down with a fever), so I rested last night and today I'm not feeling any better. I am coughing up green mucus and I am feeling extremely fatigued and exhaused. Should I exercise anyway or give myself a break?
