Suggest Treatment For Cough,nausea And Sinus Headache

Hello. After being sick for about 10 days(nausia, lack of appetite, coughing, runny nose with sinus headache) I am now left with a nagging cough for over 2 weeks which brings up flem. Cough seems to be worse when trying to talk (wife thinks it is a sign to keep my mouth shut). Thoughts? Thanks.
