Suggest Treatment For Cracked Hands Caused By Using Chemicals

yes, I used latex gloves and cleaning chemicals at work and now I have developed dry cracked skin on my hands and fingers. I told my boss about it and they have changed the gloves to a vinyl type, my hands are getting better by using the new gloves along with cortizone10 creme. should this continuue should I try something else because at time my hands and fingers feel like sand paper and itch terribly.
