Suggest Treatment For Cracked Prepuce

i have cracked prepuce. feeling burning pain while pullind down prepuce from gan head. cracks are very small. sometime it disappeares after applying ointment, but returns after few days. this is recent happening. i am 46. what medicine should i take and apply locally ?
