Suggest Treatment For Cracked Sternum

I had an RTA 14 yrs ago with cracked sternum, compression injuries, burst discs, cracked ribs, severe chest bruising cardiac and pulmonary. I have had bowel changes with chronic constipation since.
I have recently had a CT scan after ongoing abdominal pain in the right-side under ribs, breathlessness, dizziness after exertion (climbing stairs). I have right side rib and chest pains and have previously had a pneumothorax. The CT scan found the lung bases and para-aortic area were normal and no obvious abnormality within the large bowel.

An incidental finding on the CT scan were of 2 small adrenal nodules respectively 15mm and 10mm. These I am told will not be the cause of the pain but may require some further investigation. They are likely to be benign adenomas but these will be further investigated if deemed necessary by the radiologists.

What should I do ? Should I be asking for further tests ?
