Suggest Treatment For Cracked Tip Of Penis

hi, i am facing this problems from the past couple of weeks , whenever i pull back my penis skin it gets cracked from the tip, and there is a burning sensation. it heals in a couple of days but again when i pull back the skin it cracks. please help.
