Suggest Treatment For Cracks And Stinging Sensation On Penis

I have cracks or grooves in my penis i do masturbate regularly and i was atleast once a day but i'm left with a stinging sensation if i choose to masturbate again the next day i'm very worried about my future sex life and am now ready to take a course of action to get rid of this probelm i'm 16 and have been masturbating since i was 13 and i'vehad this problem for aslong as i can remember any solutions please ???
