Suggest Treatment For Cramping Pain Under My Ribs

About 7 years ago I began to have some odd symptoms when ever I would have a drink of rum..after just one drink I develop a cramping pain directly under my ribs that feels as though my diaphragm is spasming. Needless to say, rum is now off the table but I can't help but wonder what might cause this
