Suggest Treatment For Crusty Patches On Finger With Itching

Left hand little finger has a white crusty patch of skin that has been there now for 2 months +. Cracks form but do not bleed. Began with 2 bumps that itched and I scratched them. Thought it was mosquito bites. I wonder if sunlight on hand while driving has caused skin cancer.
