Suggest Treatment For Cryptic Tonsils

Hi, I've had cryptic tonsils for about 6 years but I've rarely had any problem with them since I had a nose diaphragm surgery about 4 years ago. A few hours ago I woke up and went to bathroom and I starting spitting blood. I noticed it was coming out of a crypt that seemed to be larger than usual. My throat is a bit sore too, but I don't feel any pain / have no difficulty swallowing. It's been a few days though that I noticed of having a bad odor coming from my mouth, could it be because of the presense of blood in the tonsils? What could my problem be?
