Suggest Treatment For Curved Penis And Premature Ejaculation

hello sir i am ashu 27 yrs old, and i am going to get married end of year 2011. when i was 19yrs. old i started Masturbation, and i was doing twice or sometimes four times in a day, now my Penis is fully curved to left side, and doesn't have stimulation in my Penis as well as my Body,,, and the big and main problem is i am fully suffring of Premature Ejaculate.
so plz sir tell me the answer what should i have to do??? i have already trie so many madicines for this AYURVEDIC, ELLOPATHICK AND HOMYOPATHICK ,,, all i have tried. so plz suggest me Dr.
