Suggest Treatment For Curved Toe Nails With Ingrown Flesh Folded In Them

I am 37 male measusring 6 feet, weighing 110 kg and have problems with my toe nails which are curved and growing with the flesh folded in and not able to cut the nails, it is painfull if it is been touched, kindly give me a solution
