Suggest Treatment For Cut After Cat Scratched The Lips

my cat scratched my upper and bottom lip and drew blood when we both were sleep. He was sleeping above my head on the sofa and he fell on my head at 4 am this morning. I washed my lip with anti-bacterial soap but the side of my neck and my lip really hurt. what should i do?
