Suggest Treatment For Cut In Perineum

Hi, I have a cut about a inch long on the skin from my anus to my vagina. Everytime i urinate it s very painful when the urane gets on the cut. Also when i wipe. I have gotten these before from dancing and doing flexible tricks and my butt cheeks spread to far. How can I heal this? I have tried to just let it go but it is getting worst.
