Suggest Treatment For Cut On The Penis

i am getting a small cut on my penis about 1/2 inch below the head. this is happening during sexual intercourse. My girlfriend is well lubricated and we are not overly vigorous during our encounters. We do however have very lengthy sex. 30 min minimum. any suggestions or ideas
