Suggest Treatment For Cuts And Cracks On Soles

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Since last 06 months I am suffering from severe cuts and ctacks on soles of my feet. The skin has gone dry and thick and turns blackish/brown. From last one week same same problem is appearing on both the palms. Is it palmoplantar psoriasis? kindly advide the treatment.
