Suggest Treatment For Cuts On Foreskin Of Penis

hi. Iam 33 yrs old and diabetic for last 5 years. For some time i have developed cuts on the foreskin of my penis. there is also some white deposit. i used forcan 150 for 4 days and flucos gel on cuts but it has not helped yet. The blood sugar is in control. Please help whith what medicine can be taken to get a quick releif. Regards
