Suggest Treatment For Cuts On The Penile Shaft

My husband and I recently got married and sleeping together. A couple months ago he started bleeding right under the head of his penis on the shaft. It looks like small cuts. It's almost like the skin is pulled, cracks , and bleeds. It is making him very uncomfortable, and not want sex. This is a problem! Can you help please?
