Suggest Treatment For Cuts On The Upper Legs

Hi my name is Bev, I have what feels like cuts on the upper part of my right leg in the back just below my butt, I cant see them but i can feel them, there seems to be alot and it feels like any cut would a line with a raised wound, they hurt but i cant see them so dont know if they are red like sometimes a cut will look like. I am afraid it might be something else. I am over weight and 72 years old. Do you think you might know what it could be?
