Suggest Treatment For Cuts On Vagina And Vaginal Lips

There are two slight cuts, one just inside my vagina and one inside one of my lips. There is blood when i wipe which has been happening for a few days, my vagina lips are also swollen, can be ichy and very uncomfortable when sitting and walking. Is all this due to my scatches and will this heal itself.? Im also pregnant which is making me worry more
