Suggest Treatment For Cyst And Lesion On The Breasts

I am a 58 year old woman who has not had a mammogram for about 5 years. I had a bilateral breast reduction done 18 years ago. All prior mammograms have been negative. I had a mammogram 2 days ago and they found a 4mm cyst/lesion at 6 oclock in the right breast. I am going in next week for an ultrasound. What questions should I ask and how do I advocate for myself to get the treatment I need. I am currently unemployed and have health insurance coverage through Medicaid.
