Suggest Treatment For Cyst In The Breast

I had a cyst on my side, almost where my bra would cover as it wrapped around to my back. It became inflamed, and I eventually drained it on my own. It didn't completely go away but the skin did heal over and the lump and has not changed since. Now under my left breast, I feel a mass. It is tender, but not in my breast - it feels like a growth on my ribs or right where my underwire to my bra sits. Could the previous cyst had spread? I occasionally have sharp pain extending through my breast. I'm not a fan of any medical prodding, but am fearful and unsure as to what it could be. Thank you so much.
