Suggest Treatment For Cyst On Earlobes

I have 3 cysts in my earlobe. I have had them for 5 years now. But all of a sudden they hurt. Now its to the point where I can t touch my earlobe and its red and swollen. I can t lay on it. I can t touch it at all. Its so painful. Should I be worried?
