Suggest Treatment For Cyst On Kidney While Treating High BP And Stage-3 Kidney Failure

My 75 year old father got a CT scan back that said he has a 18cm by 13 cm cyst on his kidney, a small right pleural effusion with a density in the fluid which is unknown, and a small pericardial effusion. He is in Florida and his primary doctor is in NY. He won t seek medical care until he comes home in April. He has high blood pressure and stage 3 kidney failure. How concerned should I be? Should he be seen before the end of April?
