Suggest Treatment For Cyst On Penis

Hi, I'm 22 years-old, weigh 135 lbs, 5'7. I have a history of throat infetions and had asthma before but it cleared up.
I was doing a little research and determined that I either have an abscess or cyst on my penis. Its not very big but its bigger than a pimple lets say, and it becomes inflamed at times which can be painful. I've had this before I was ever sexually active I think since i was around 13-15. It started out small but then it grew to what it is today.
I don't have medical insurance, and I'm very low on funds. How much would it cost to correct this? Thank you.
