Suggest Treatment For Cyst On The Labia Majora

I am a 21 year old female virgin. My complain is, i have a suspecting sebaceous cyst on my left labia majora along with very small swellings on the inside (possibly on my minora).I have not applied any kind of ointment, neither did i take any antibiotic to treat it. The sebaceous cyst is painless, with no discharge, firm in consistency. How can i get rid of them without doing a surgery?
