Suggest Treatment For Cystadenocarcinoma

I really don't have a lot to go on but a friend of mine's mom was diagnosed with cystadenocarcinoma. Unfortunately she was not present when the diagnosis was given to her. They did another bx by endoscopy yesterday and will get the results next week. She did say it was in her stomach and that it is 'secreting" ?? Can you shed any light?
