Suggest Treatment For Cystic Acne And Dark Spots On Skin

Hi, I had cystic acne on both of my chin about two years ago. It left some dark spots behind and on top of that I always get 1-2 breakouts which also leaves dark spots on my skin. Is there any inexpensive treatment to get rid of the dark spots? The scars almost all over my chins. It looks really odd.
