Suggest Treatment For Cystic Acne On And Around Nose

Hi, I remember that as a child I had a lot of problems with my tonsils and ear infections, I used a lot of antibiotics but I grew out of it and I rarely get sick anymore, I am 25 and been dealing with cystic acne on my nose and around it for past 15 years, it makes me think that it is because of all those bacteria which are still active in my mouth , nose and ear and show their existence by infecting the hair follicle, is it possible? what can I do about it?
