Suggest Treatment For Cystic Acne

I have appoint. With skin doc tomorrow because I have been dealing with follicular/cystic acne. I have had a small bump on my forehead for as long as I can remember. Never bothered me much but T times it pitched me like crazy. Well, on such an itching episode I picked at the skin a bit and it was extremely tough and it looked like some hair follicles fevered in a hard substance. Now the rest of skin has opened and have a decent size hole and above that the skin is thin and when squeezed a little sebum comes out of a bunch of little pores. I am going crazy I hoped it wold heal on its own but now it's opened to a pretty big slit with a whole smack in the center of my forehead and very tender. What the neck is going on I am devastated. My skin was always so clear growing up. Didn't realize I had a beast under my skin this whole time. Please help...... what might my doctor do. Oh. And it also oozes a lot. Omg I am fit to be tied...
