Suggest Treatment For Cystic Pimples On Face

hey doc! i m an 18 year old female...and i am experencing cystic pimples on my face...at the moment i have abt 4 pimples on my face?...and i can see that they are spreading quite quickly now?...i do not know what to do?...in the past, my skin was healthy and clear...well i use to get normal pimples before sometimes, but nothing like i do now?...i would really appriciate your help! thank you!
