Suggest Treatment For Cystitis

Hello! 2 weeks ago I had the first sex with my boyfriend (with condom), before i was a virgin (I'm 22). 2 days after I felt burning during urination, a little blood, the constant urge to use the toilet. Once was incontinence. If abstinence symptoms become extinct, but the next day, resumed with renewed vigor. I read somewhere that it is cystitis. What should I do? How is the treatment? Can I treat myself, or better yet to see a specialist, and how much the average price of consultation, diagnosis and treatment? Thank you
