Suggest Treatment For Cysts In Ovaries

I am 18 years old, I have just starting forming ovarian cysts in june, or atleast just starting to have problems with them. I have been put back onto my birth control, tried taking ibprofen and aleve, now my doctors are switching my birth control. I dont understand why they are switching my birth control to a lower dose, when I was having problems with cysts when I was off my bc. The doctors had called me today and told me both my ovaries are now covered in cysts and I was wondering what should I do, or what can be done?
