Suggest Treatment For Cysts In Ovary

Hi. I am 50 years old and have poly cystic ovarian syndrome. Had our children via fertility treatments. Now, I have had menstrual cycles two weeks apart twice. Did MRI and found the entire ovary full of complex cysts approximately 25-30mm each. Went back after 6 weeks to find that the three large cysts are now one which is 51mm in length and still complex. Was told to wait another 6-8 wks and ck again. Had OVA1 test done and came back ok. I know this is not normal and just waiting does not seem normal either. My abdominal area is bloated, my lower back is hurting, not having regular bowel movements...what should be my next step??
