Suggest Treatment For Cysts In Underarms

i am have a cysts in my underarms doctor says its hydrdenitis suppurativa (infected hair folliclein both axilla) ii have taken antibiotics for more than a year now but it keeps reoccuring he has advised for excision of infected skin both axilla &s.s.g over g.a what should i do now
