Suggest Treatment For Damage Due To Bone Fragments Compressed Into Optic Nerve

Sir, one of my friend met with an accident on 8 jan 2015 and lost vision of his right eye on the spot. After all the medical procedure in AIIMS India we got to know that some bone fragments had compressed his optic nerve and damaged it drastically. Now he cant even feel light with his right eye. He hAd got +3 refraction in his left eye from childhood. Please suggest any treatment either allopathic or ayurvedic or stem cell treatment anywhere in world. I cant see him so helpless.
