Suggest Treatment For Damaged Lower Back And Dislocated Hips

I damaged my lower back (spondolosis) as well a dislocated a hip replaced 14 years ago ( it slid out then back in but all the muscle spasmed and it took me several weeks of physio to work on rehabbing muscle and joint pain before I was able to realize the sciatic going from the left buttok, down the posterior thigh and back of knee to my feet was really a chronic pain I couldn t get rid of. I ve used IMS, TENS and accupuncture as well as a regimented program of streatching and core training, I finally trailed a combination if anaesthetic and steroids injected by fluoroscopy to the space between L4 and L5, the immediate relief was wonderful for the first several hours and the steroid seemed to reduce the sciatica for several weeks onky. Now that the muscle spasm pain is under control, I need to find relief from the sciatica (which ranges from tingling, to severe burning down the back of the leg. Tonight I found an intensely sensitive area of skin running from the lower left abdomen radiating out to the hip and into the scar from the hip repair. Any fabric on it or light touch causes a burning sensation. Am I developing more fibromyalgia like symptoms or should I concentrate on treating the lumbar spine. To see if the is a compresses nerve or something else. Writing from Canada where there is no support line. Will have to look elsewhere. K
