Suggest Treatment For Dandruff Along With Dark Spots On The Face

hi i am 22yrs old lady. i have a problem about my hair and face.1] facing heavy dandruff on my sculp and my hair is short. i want my hair growth and dandruff free and also healthy hair. 2] somtimes my face is being dull and have a dark spot. i want my clear and healthy and bright skin. is it possible? i am facing trouble. plz help me.
