Suggest Treatment For Dandruff Issues

Hi, My name is Vineet and I am 27 years old. For the past few days, I see some red pimple type stuff on my back. It happened last year also and I consulted a doctor in Malar Fortis hospital. She said it is because of Dandruff and I was given 1. Noskurff lotion, 2. Nizral lotion, 3. Triclenz shampoo, 4. Maxcepa capsules and some cleanser. It worked but again the problem started. I wanted to have a permanent solution to the problem. Even though I use Nizoral shampoo regularly, the problem appeared again. What should I do now?
