Suggest Treatment For Dandruff

I have white blisters kind of thing on my scalp , when i contacted my regular doctor, he told its a kind of dandruff of third degree.
These were gone as long as i use the medicines.but again they are coming back.
They are itchy.painful... they are contagious.after i stop taking medicine ,slowly one appear and many follows after 2 or 3 days.I am scared.
