Suggest Treatment For Dark Circle Around Eyes And Lips

i want change my skin colour....after a balance diet it looks little bright..but i want more...plz sir help me..what kind of product have to be used for this..i have bad dark circle around my eyes and black circle also around my lips..i dont smoke..plzz help me :(
