Suggest Treatment For Dark Circles And Tanned Skin

Hi Dr im sree i stay in hostel im a BEd student as im undergoing many stress i lost my skintone and now im ve 'g dark circles& tan. At tis stage i cant undergo anytreatment so betr giv me any pills to become fair & to get rid of my problem. Thank you.
