Suggest Treatment For Dark Coloured Skin Patch Between Breast

In between my breast (on the clevich), it looks like a skin reaction, dark in colour; it does not itch but it is spreading slowly, If has been like this since 5 years, i have shown some doctors & they said it is nothing to worry, it is pigmentation, but itloks very bad, do you suggest someting.
