Suggest Treatment For Dark Line And Tingling On Lips

Since it's cold I use a lot of Chapstick but for two days I forgot my Chapstick and was licking my lips a lot. Then I started noticing that when I at something I could feel the saltyness on my lips, almost like if salt was going in a cut. So I started using my Chapstick. But just yesterday I notice a dark line on the bottom part of my top lip & it feel tingly for the most of the day. What can I do to get the discoloration and the tingly feeling to go away
