Suggest Treatment For Dark Patches Around The Mouth And Cheeks

I have developed these patches around the corners of my mouth , they are dark patches with a lighter skin around them , i had a patch above my upper lip on the right side which was slightly raised and also had a lighter rim around it..im now also starting to develop these on my cheeks but they are just normal skin colour but slightly raised
