Suggest Treatment For Dark Patches On Face After Stopping Usage Of Htm And Wincort Creams

hi,i was using htm and wincort both mixed for by face to lighten my skin tone and to reduce dark patches that i have all over my face when i stop using it my face as become very dark than it was before the medication and there is no sign of skin getting back to normal.
