Suggest Treatment For Dark Patches On Legs/hands/backbone

hello doctor my name is Arohi and i am facing skin problems like dark maroon patches on my legs,hands,backbone,stomach,also my skin seems to be intense dry.i am taking avil twice a day but no improvment is observed,kindly suggest me some medicines.and tell me about the causes for this problem
