Suggest Treatment For Dark Patches On The Arms And Legs

I am a 25 year old boy. I have problem with nerves. I see that there are dark patches on my skin near upper arms, waist, joints of legs. Doctors I consulted diagnosed that it is stretch marks. Some said it is infections. But I feel the blood is not flowing properly and is getting blocked in the nerves and so it is becoming dark. The reason I say this is that I feel my nerves pulling inside my hands and legs. To go about the background, I read about having multiorgasm by pulling pelvic muscles and not letting ejaculate. I tried it few times. Since then I noticed this problem. I have pulled my pelvic muscles badly and I feel it is blocking the normal blood flow. Please help me on thiis. I feel I should not have done that. Please help me.
