Suggest Treatment For Dark Skin On The Neck And Around Temples

I have dark skin one either side of my temples and my neck. This started during my pregnancy with my daughter and docter said that it would fade once she s born. She s now 18 years old and it s gone worse and it s very embarrasing. Please help doctor!
